Welcome to CultureSync. By using the service at www.culture-sync.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
What CultureSync does
CultureSync helps you combine traditional cultural calendars (Hebrew, Chinese, and more to come) with Gregorian calendars. You can generate printable PDF calendars and download a calendar file that imports into Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars. One-click Google Calendar sync is planned.
Your account
You may browse and build without an account. Sign-in, with a Google account or with your email address, lets us save your preferences so they persist across devices and visits. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.
Pricing
Downloading your calendar (PDF and calendar file) is a paid feature. One payment of $5 during our beta period ($10 per year after beta) gives you a full calendar year of access: edit, update, and re-download your calendar as often as you like for 365 days from the day you purchase. Purchases do not renew automatically; when your year ends, you choose whether to buy another.
Everyone who created an account before payments launched receives their first year free, automatically. Promo codes may also grant free access; each code is subject to its own limits and expiry.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase: it handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, and your receipt, which arrives by email from Lemon Squeezy.
We guarantee you’ll love your calendar! But if you don’t, we’ll refund every cent in your first 30 days. To request a refund, email us at support@culture-sync.com or use the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. A refund ends your year of updates and downloads; anything you’ve already printed is yours to keep.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
- Use CultureSync to harass or harm others.
- Resell or redistribute generated PDFs commercially without permission.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law.
Accuracy of calendar data
We do our best to display holidays, dates, and conversions accurately, but calendars (especially traditional ones) have edge cases. CultureSync is a helpful reference, not a religious or legal authority. For decisions that require certainty, please consult a qualified source.
Your content
Personal dates you add (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) remain yours. We only use them to generate the calendars and PDFs you request.
Termination
You can stop using CultureSync at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.
Disclaimers
CultureSync is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. If you use CultureSync from the United States or elsewhere, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
